Tension leveling line

On continuous processing lines of aluminum, customers are looking for good flatness but also a good surface.

REDEX Group has all technologies to answer properly to any customer request:

• Levelflex® for sensitive strips

The multi-zone levelers (Multiflex, Patented Levelflex®) are designed to reach these targets.
These levelers are composed of an assembly of several groups of bending rolls.
The first roll ensures approx. 80 % of the elongation through extensive bending of the strip on a small diameter roll thus eliminating the waves.
The second roll ensures the correction of the crossbow and the third roll corrects the coil set.
For very sensitive strips, the bending rolls are not used and the strip is processed in pure stretch mode.
