Stretch bend leveling line is made to correct rolling faults in the coil and deliberate modification of physical material parameters for highest quality requirements.
Used throughout the world for the most varied coil materials, such as brass, copper, phosphor bronze, lead frame, aluminum, and special alloys.
Supplementary functions such as end trimming, edge trimming, cutting-to-length, washing, cleaning and oiling can be included as required by the customer.
Lines can be in the form of compact lines or fully integrated coil processing lines.
