Especially in the field of aerospace technology, it is not only a matter of a large number of very special alloys, but also of the highest precision in order to support the reliability of aircraft and spacecraft.

Within REDEX Group, there have already been various projects with, for example, high-strength aluminum alloys for space travel.
Here, machines such as the WRM series for blanks as well as FRM strip lines for high-precision strips are used.

Based on the expertise of REDEX Group engineers, these machines can be designed to suit the requested processes and, in combination with e.g. extruders or annealing furnaces, can be adapted for complete plants.
A multitude of different options in the unwinding and winding area or the in-house measuring technology (BRLMS) for strip thicknesses complete the wide range of possibilities.

With these different hardware options, pretty much all our customers’ wishes can be taken into account. The lines can be equipped with roller conveyors for small batches or with state-of-the-art reel technology to enable 24/7 production including all safety measures necessary.
