REDEX Group and its PRM Division is one of the few companies that can really offer the appropriate technology or machine for all types of semi-finished products.

It does not matter whether it is a narrow strip processing line or whether our customer wants to process flat wire or round wire. Applications with special profiles are also no problem for us.

Over the many years, we have developed and refined the appropriate technologies. There is probably hardly a product that is rolled that has not already passed through REDEX Group systems.
In the strip sector, we can offer a wide range of solutions, from Duo and Quarto to 14Hi and 18Hi solutions.

For round wire, we can offer the technologies of pure reduction (round to round) or conversion into a flat wire.

With our experience in profiling and our specially developed shaping units, we can also roll the tightest tolerances and rare shapes cleanly into the material.

Depending on the customer’s requirements and the space available in the factory, these technologies can be installed in single stand rolling mills or multi stand rolling mills.
This rolling technology can then be easily combined in countless variants with our own coil systems (pay-off and take-up), our own measuring technology as well as cleaning solutions and cutting systems.
